We collect information you provide when you register (name, email, phone), book sessions (service type, preferences), and use the companion (mood logs). We also collect usage data to improve the platform.
Your information is used to: match you with appropriate specialists, process payments, send session reminders, and improve the platform. We never use your information for advertising.
Session notes and conversation history between you and your therapist are confidential. MEDFREE staff do not read session notes unless required for a safety investigation.
We do not sell your personal data. We share minimal data with: Razorpay (payment processing), your therapist (session details), and cloud infrastructure providers (hosting). All partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Conversations with the MEDFREE Companion are stored to provide continuity across sessions. Groq AI processes messages to generate responses — no personal data is stored by Groq beyond the request.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Account data is retained while your account is active and for 2 years after closure. You may request deletion at any time.
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, and withdraw consent. Email hello@medfree.in to exercise these rights.
MEDFREE is available for children with parental consent and management. Parents control and can delete their child's data at any time.
