By using MEDFREE, you agree to these terms. If you are booking for a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian.
MEDFREE is a marketplace connecting clients with independent counselors and speech therapists. MEDFREE does not provide therapy directly. All therapeutic services are provided by independent specialists.
MEDFREE is not a crisis intervention service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call emergency services (112) or iCall (9152987821). Do not use this platform as a substitute for emergency care.
Sessions are booked and paid for in advance. The platform fee (7.5%) is included in the session price. Payment is processed by Razorpay.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Specialists on MEDFREE are independent practitioners, not employees of MEDFREE. MEDFREE verifies qualifications but is not responsible for the content of sessions.
You agree not to misuse the platform, impersonate others, submit false information, or attempt to contact specialists outside the platform to avoid fees.
The MEDFREE Companion is an AI tool for emotional support. It is not a licensed therapist and does not provide clinical advice. Do not rely on it for medical decisions.
MEDFREE is not liable for the actions of independent specialists, technical interruptions, or outcomes of therapy sessions.
We may update these terms. Continued use of MEDFREE after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
